Monday: Tips for waking up in great shape!
Once you open the eye, without even getting up, drink a full glass of water.

- Take some deep breaths ventral.
- Open the window and pull the arms towards the ceiling, then sideways to "open" the chest.

A dozen times. If you're hungry, immediately take your breakfast. On the menu: fresh squeezed fruit juice (orange or grapefruit) or a small salad of fruit (orange or clementine kiwi +) + a hot drink (coffee or tea) + bread with some butter and jam + yogurt wild (or whole grains with milk).

- Take a hot shower to elevate body temperature, which "wakes up" the body. For clothing, choose bright colors that provide good looks (yellow, orange, red, pink, purple ...) Avoid the purple and green if you have a fair complexion. Better keep the dark colors (black, navy, brown) at the bottom.
