An essential oil anti-infective

The essential oil of Tea Tree or "Arbe tea" is a major oil bactericidal. Widely used in dermatology (including any skin inflammation), it also affects many viruses including the herpes and the flu (influenza). In addition, it strengthens the immune system. Its odor is unpleasant, it is rarely used in atmospheric diffusion.

As for the oral, it must absolutely be avoided by self-medication. However, the essential oil of tea tree is very well tolerated in massages, provided they do not use pure, of course. Our advice: Mix 10-20 drops of essential oil in vegetable oil fluid (such as vegetable oil, macadamia, for example) and massage your chest, bend elbows and knees with this mixture, 2 to 3 times daily for 4-5 days.

But avoid absolutely any application on the face.
