The 4 seasons of the body

In nature the seasons follow each other in a fixed order: In Chinese medicine, it is the same body with the seasons, each starting cycle energy that binds organs together. The cycle starts with the liver, the spring element. The liver then transmits its energy to the heart, associated with summer. Then the heart transmits its energy to the spleen (during the Indian summer) for transmission to the lung in the fall, which finally forwards the kidney when winter comes ...

When this cycle was uneventful, energy flows and recharge our organization. But just a body that weakens the energy flow is blocked. The relationship between energy flow and the seasons is one of the keys to Chinese medicine.
