Tip 1: Do you need lots of vitamins? Mouline vegetables with a little cooking water to the soup, to retrieve all the minerals in it escaped. Tip 2: Do you prefer a soup, but slightly related? Replace the traditional potato or a zucchini slice of pumpkin. Tip 3: You do not survive without cream in the soup? Replace it with condensed milk semi-skimmed: exit lipids, proteins welcome!
